The union of enduring Ultimate Grey with vibrant yellow Illuminating expresses a message of positivity supported by fortitude. Practical and rock solid but at the same time warming and optimistic, this is a colour combination that gives us resilience and hope. We need to feel encouraged and uplifted; this is essential to the human spirit. - Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director Of The Pantone Colour Institute

As recent times have seen beige become the new grey, the ashy neutral shade is set to make a comeback in 2021. AW14 was a huge season for the grey trend. With the likes of TOME and Organic by John Patrick grabbing attention on the runways as their models were seen dressed head to toe in the complementary shades to give a neutral and versatile chic. 7 years on and greyscale clothing is coming back!

Illuminating yellow is the perfect colour to accompany us as we stroll into Spring 2021. The genderless shade is going to be huge throughout the Spring/Summer, just in time for the first genderless London Fashion Week. With its vibrant and happy connotations, this is just what we need after 2020! Soft yellows were introduced onto the catwalk in JW Anderson’s SS20 show, stealing everyone’s hearts with a knit mini dress.
