Summer Is In Full Swing As SKIMS Switch Up The Swimwear Game

Published

Kim Kardashian’s brand, SKIMS announces the latest drop of innovative swimwear designs, continuing its mission of revolutionising swim attire as we know it.

Capturing the brand’s signature fit, style and ethos, the reinvention of the swimwear category evolves as new and unexpected elements are introduced including Swim Gloves, the Swim Tank Dress and the Swim Cycle Suit. Marking the well-supported move to merging functionality and style for the next generation of swimwear, the collection sees a twist on the best-selling items. From a zipped one-piece and new micro styles to the refreshed cut-out Monokini, these new additions are for the people who want to take risks without having to compromise on stylish and trend-led silhouettes.

If it couldn’t get any better, the new range is also SKIMS’s first to have been created using recycled nylon fabrics, as they continue to experiment with new fabrics and technology. With 23 styles designed to be mixed and matched and arriving in sizes XXS-4X, plus new colourways including Marble White and Taffy Pink, there is something to fit every body.

Celebrating the launch of the swim assortment, the solutions-orientated brand partnered up with Y2K alternative photographer, Mark Hunter (aka Cobra Snake) to shoot the campaign which features an array of familiar faces including, model Paris Jackson, TikTok creator Bella Poarch and actress Madison Bailey – all stemming from the new generation of cultural icons. Admiring her friend and SKIM’s co-founder’s style, Jackson said: To be in the latest swim campaign for SKIMS is a full circle moment. I love the brand and doing this shoot was so much fun.”

Known for her role as Kiara in the hit Netflix show Outerbanks, Madison Bailey expressed her excitement to take part in one of the brand’s ‘iconic’ campaigns: “I’m a huge fan of the brand and this collection is so fun, I’ll be wearing it all Summer long.”

I’m so thrilled to be a part of the new SKIMS Swim campaign! I’m obsessed with the new collection – from gloves to dresses, there is so much to choose from and I love how the brand always pushes style boundaries this way. I couldn’t be more excited to work with them.
