Nike x Corteiz send the streets into meltdown

The UK’s fastest-rising streetwear brand Corteiz finally put to bed the months of speculation surrounding a collaboration with Nike. The king of social media and guerrilla marketing put the streetwear community into a frenzy when brand founder Clint posted a picture of himself outside Nike’s flagship London store, ‘Niketown’ – with both the Nike Swoosh and Corteiz’s famous Alcatraz logo projected on to the store. Full details about the collab are not yet known, but one item that has been confirmed is the Air Max 95 trainer, the camo colourway and CRTZ abbreviation on the shoe are sure to make it an instant sell-out. We love seeing an underdog win, and the rise of Corteiz is the most memorable in British streetwear history. #RULESTHEWORLD

PSG and Jordan celebrate the ‘City of Light’

To start the new year with a bang Jordan and footballing giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have partnered yet again, this time working on the club’s fourth kit. The two entities have been working together for 5 years, releasing ten kits in the process, all of which aim to bridge the gap between fashion and sport (after all we know Michael Jordan is no stranger to this). The kit comes in black with yellow accents, and aims to celebrate Paris ‘as the city of light’, the black base of the shirt represents the night games played at the Parc De Princes, and its special atmosphere – and the yellow streaks relate to the light beams which shine on the Eiffel tower at night. The subtle nods to the city and the importance it has on PSG is a classy touch – and we cannot wait to see it in action in Champions League games, under the lights.
