Touch is Powerful and Free through NIVEA’s Inspiring NFT

Entering the virtual world of Non-Fungible Tokens, NIVEA has launched free NFT’s that celebrate the value of touch and spotlight digital crypto art. In collaboration with visually impaired Italian artist Clarissa Baldassari, the brand’s NFT art aims to inspire human connectedness and support people in their journey in rediscovering the power of touch to alleviate feelings of loneliness. With a visual impairment that inspired her to rediscover art through touch and strengthen both an experimental and visceral relationship with creating, the piece was painted using a raised line drawing kit and a metal awl; traditionally used in the development of Braille. Because touch should be accessible to everyone, the limited edition Value of Touch artwork can be accessed for free at the official NIVEA website.

In a motivated effort to continue Watch Hunger Stop philanthropic messaging all-year-round, Michael Kors has launched a content series titled #whatsonmytable. With its initial launch on October’s World Food Day, the series has continued to grow with support from notable chefs and diverse talents across the globe. We can expect even more this year as we watch world-leading chefs and farmed at-home cooks create easy-to-follow recipes documented through a series of videos throughout 2022. Alongside sharing their dishes, they will also be modelling Michael Kors’ Watch Hunger Stop collection whose sales support the United Nations World Food Programme and help to relieve global hunger whilst providing school meals to children in food-insecure areas.
