A love letter to brides, past, present and future arrives in the form of Halfpenny London’s latest ‘Unveiled’ collection – celebrating the history of the luxury womenswear brand and every bride who has trusted them on their special day. Born out of the idea that inspiration can be as simple as a change in perspective, the Unveiled collection includes sixteen new garments inspired by the Halfpenny London archives. Acting as a symbol of love, hope and optimism for all the wonderful weddings, this capsule will undoubtedly be closely treasured following the global pandemic.

Founded by Kate Halfpenny, who graduated with a master’s degree from Central Saint Martins University, her eponymous and quintessentially British brand pride itself on designing authentic bridalwear for real women whilst understanding the importance of the female form and individual style. Designed and crafted in London, her brand fuse both Brit modern contemporary cool with traditional vintage styles, achieved through her vast knowledge of refined fabrics, lace applique and intricate beading.

Evocative, glamorous and effortlessly stylish, the finely crafted collection ranges from traditional dresses and floor-length veils to non-traditional interchangeable two-piece styles for brides that are seeking a modern yet elegant finish. Key features also include: off the shoulder boned corsets, detachable embroidered tulle overskirts and sleeves, soft tulle floor length veils and strapless styles. Paying close attention to the finer details, cascading gowns are finished with organza necklines, exaggerated sleeves, floral applique, hand embroidery and delicate lace trims.

From sleek silhouetted structures and simplistic clean lines to dramatic voluminous tulle skirts, a level of diverse femininity is achieved across the luxurious capsule. The collection also extends to a range of unique accessories including an oversized detachable bow brooch, embroidered cape and tulle velvet hand knotted headbands to offer a unique finish.

Striking the perfect balance between the classic traditional and the modern contemporary, each authentic piece evokes a sense of natural beauty and timeless style. There is a magical, ethereal quality that the collection perfectly captures whilst retaining Halfpenny’s unique take on bridalwear through attention to precision and exquisite detailing.
