FROW News #118: Louis Vuitton Goes Aluminium, HAIM Meet ILIA & Molly Smith’s Hen Do Edit Is Here ✉️✨👜
Louis Vuitton just launched its first-ever aluminium suitcase. HAIM have chosen their first beauty partner, and it is a very good choice. Love Island is back on our screens, and Molly Smith has celebrated her hen do with a River Island edit that is built for exactly this summer. There is a lot happening. Let’s get into it.
Molly Smith’s River Island hen do edit is made for this summer 🤍
Love Island is back on our screens, Molly Smith just had her hen do, and River Island has timed this perfectly. The limited-edition summer edit she curated launches 11 June and covers the full range of a summer trip: crisp white crochet-and-lace co-ords and broderie anglaise midi dresses for the days, a statement fringed mini dress, liquid-silver metallic co-ord and a sheer bridal mesh midi covered in floral applique and floor-skimming fringe for the evenings that earn their memories. Crisp whites, soft creams, delicate neutrals throughout. The collection does not require you to be getting married to justify it, for the record. From £20 at riverisland.com and in select stores now.

Maebe’s Endless Day Chapter II knows exactly what it is ☀️
Maebe's Chapter I sold out within hours, so expectations for Chapter II were already high. It delivers. The brand moves the story deeper into the season with what Molly-Mae calls desert-resort luxury: creams, whites and rich cocoa browns in soft cotton, liquid chocolate silk and crisp scalloped lace. The Amalfi oversized shirt is £70, the matching trousers £65, and the Short Sleeve Blazer dress in taupe £130. Hand-embroidered details completed entirely in-house, which at this price point is not something you take for granted. maebe.co.uk.
Small Boobs Solutions from SKIMS. You asked, they delivered 🖤
Three of the most loved bra silhouettes in the SKIMS range are now available in sizes 30AA to 38AA. The T-Shirt Bra, the Push-Up Bra and the Unlined Scoop Bra, all redesigned specifically for smaller busts rather than simply scaled down. The T-Shirt Bra and Unlined Scoop Bra are £58, the Push-Up Bra is £62. SKIMS has always said it builds underwear for every body. This is that promise, kept. Finally. skims.com.

Leni Klum just played four women in one campaign and pulled off all of them 👑
The Forever GUESS eyewear campaign gives Leni Klum four distinct lives and lets the frames carry each one. The Gossip in oversized G-logo frames. The Ex-Girlfriend in rhinestone-studded ovals. The Genius in bold squares with leopard detailing. The Legend in retro-inspired ovals with animalier accents. The whole thing is shot through the lens of 1990s soap opera glamour, conceived by Nicolai Marciano, and it is exactly the kind of campaign that makes you want to try on a pair of sunglasses and become a slightly different person. Available at GUESS stores, guess.com and leading opticians.

Whatever marks it carries after are simply the geography of a life in motion 🛳️
Louis Vuitton and Marc Newson have been building on the Horizon collaboration for ten years. The Horizon Aluminium is where that decade of work lands. It is the first aluminium suitcase the House has ever made, and the first rivet-free aluminium case on the market. The Monogram is not decorative here: it is embossed directly into the aluminium shell to reinforce the structure. The concealed hinges work like watch components, invisible from the outside. The line from the LV site says everything: whatever marks it carries after are simply the geography of a life in motion. The Horizon 55 is £3,500, and the Vanity Case is £2,580. Never underestimate a FROW reader’s relationship with a good suitcase. uk.louisvuitton.com.

The collab that brought boxing heritage to Shoreditch is now online 🥊
Champion and JAB, the female-led boxing and performance brand with its EC1 club opening in Moorgate this Autumn, has launched a limited-edition capsule. The collection takes Champion’s heritage sportswear and runs it through JAB’s boxing aesthetic: elevated athletic silhouettes with vintage-inspired detailing that moves between training and everyday life without a second thought. The one-night Shoreditch launch at SpaceUnlocked is done, but the collection is live now on JAB’s Shopify store. If the EC1 club is anything like the capsule, Moorgate is going to have a very good Autumn. From £32 to £75.

HAIM chose ILIA for their first-ever beauty partnership. The campaign is everything you’d hope for 🌸
HAIM were already using the ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 30 on tour before any partnership existed. Doing their own makeup, always in a rush, needing one product that covered skincare, foundation and SPF in a single step. The brand noticed. The campaign is built entirely around that real relationship rather than a brief, and it shows. The Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 30 works with hyaluronic acid and squalane, hides what needs hiding and lets freckles through. HAIM’s first-ever beauty partnership. They did not rush it and they did not get it wrong. iliabeauty.com
Jones Road drops on Monday and Bobbi called it her vacation in a bottle ✨
The Bright Skin Illuminating Drops land at jonesroadbeauty.com and Liberty London on 16th June, and the brief is exactly what Jones Road does best: one product, face and body, no occasion required. Finely milled pearls for a sheer, radiant finish, aloe and glycerin to actually nourish the skin rather than just sit on top of it, and a Vitamin C plant extract doing the work underneath. Wear alone, mix into moisturiser, layer over foundation. Bobbi’s description: three drops and I look like I just got off a plane from somewhere warm. £36. Monday.

The treatment A-listers have been getting in clinics is now a £39.99 serum for home 🧬
PDRN, the polynucleotide technology that powers the salmon sperm facial Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston have both been photographed leaving clinics after, has spent years as a treatment-room exclusive. Viva Skin Clinics brought it home. The Viva X PDRN serum contains 10,000ppm salmon-derived polynucleotides alongside hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, delivered in a precision ampoule and syringe system designed for daily use. Made in Korea. Launched 1 June. £39.99 for 35ml at vivaskinclinics.com and across their London and Kent locations.

Hair straighteners got complicated. Hershesons made one that isn’t 💙
The Great Iron is Hershesons’ answer to the overcomplicated styling tool: floating 1.25 inch tourmaline titanium plates, even heat distribution, fewer passes needed, sleek finishes and soft bends without the effort. It heats to 230°C, has a 360° swivel cord and works on global voltage. A brand that has been getting hair right since 1999, making a tool you buy once and stop thinking about. That is the whole pitch. It works. £120 at hershesons.com.

The one thing most people do not know about dry shampoo, from ghd 💇🏾♀️
ghd Once Again is a dry shampoo built for prevention rather than rescue. The tip that changes how you use it: apply to clean hair before bed, let it work overnight, wake up with grip and texture that holds a second-day style better than freshly washed hair ever does. The formula is gentle on the scalp, delivers 2x fuller results and carries the ghd bergamot and ylang ylang signature throughout the day. Second-day hair that people assume is first-day hair. Worth knowing. £19 at ghdhair.com and selected retailers now.

Monos and Reformation made the most considered travel accessories drop of the season 🧳
Monos and Reformation have a lot in common: both built around the idea that what you buy should last, and both have a following that takes that seriously. Their limited-edition capsule is a collection of travel accessories made entirely from deadstock materials: a quilted cosmetic pouch with lace detailing (£80), compressible packing cubes (£140) and a deadstock leather luggage tag (£30). Monos became the first North American luggage brand to achieve B Corporation status last year. Reformation has built its entire identity around producing less waste. The collection reflects both. monos.com.
