It’s time to dance, express yourself, have fun and let go, with Spanish fashion brand Desigual‘s latest collaboration with the Disney powerhouse. Marking one of Desigual’s first launches of 2022, it certainly lives up to the high expectations of the brand’s fans!

Connecting the two brands, the Spring/Summer 2022 capsule collection highlights the key theme of dance and the opportunities for expression that it gives everyone. Capturing their shared history and lasting friendship, this collection also features creative input from Desigual’s good friend, Monsieur Christian Lacroix – renowned French fashion designer.

The star of the show, Disney’s Mickey Mouse is shown in a whole new dimension in this collection. Sporting a print designed by Lacroix himself, Mickey can be seen surrounded by fluorescent colours, hypnotizing geometric shapes and an urban disco vibe. The result? A uniquely alluring print in the form of an oversized hoodie and two T-shirts. However it doesn’t stop there, the new collection is also home to key denim pieces, footwear oozing with fun and an array of must-have accessories.

Assisting the wearer to radiate positivity, rhythm and joy, the Desigual X Disney capsule gives the popular feel of the year 2000 with unmistakable silhouettes and plush knits. This collaboration is one of many for the pair, with Desigual’s first collection with the global entertainment company first arriving in 1984 – featuring the iconic denim jacket made from recycled jeans, and a patch of the famous mouse on the back.
