Reconstruct Your Style With The Help Of Weekday’s New Innovative Collection

If it is not broken, do not fix it. But Swedish fashion brand Weekday has certainly proved us wrong with their latest sustainable fashion collection ‘recnstrct’. With both style and sustainability in mind, think asymmetric hems, neutral colourways, experimental silhouettes and you will not be far from their new striking capsule.

In collaboration with their fashion-forward design team, the brand has created a fourteen piece stand-out capsule collection crafted from dead-stock fabrics and inspired by their archive designs. Thinking creatively and embracing individuality, ten Weekday designers were challenged to rework and redesign pieces from previous seasons and produce alternative garments all adopting a colour palette of bright whites and muted pinks, perfect for the Spring season.

Recycling not only waste materials and old designs but reinventing a touch of the popular Y2K style, the limited edition collection is set to support the brand’s limitless creative mission to adapt towards more circular fashion processes. From raw split hem jeans and experimental cut-out dresses, the effortless pieces are the perfect expression of creative freedom for the summer, something which many creatives have been deprived of during the lockdown.

The carefully curated ‘recnstrct’ collection is now available at the official Weekday store, with prices beginning at £30.
