Partnering up with Baroline Diaz, Vice President of A&R at Interscope Records, to craft the initiative’s first-ever capsule collection, the duo place the spotlight on female empowerment through their design and ambition. At only 27 years old Baroline Diaz has an impressive resumé, being the Vice president of A&R at an American music label, she has worked with some big names in the music industry such as DaBaby and Moneybagg Yo. Her experience helped her create her own management company in 2021, and Be Heard Management was born.

The debut B Project collection consists of colourful and comfortable crew neck sweatshirts each with their own uplifting graphical slogan, inspired by the constant nature of hard-working women.
