Mental Health: Embrace your feels

Published

Following on from the success of their first campaign, Monki and Mental Health Europe have teamed up together for a second time to continue opening up discussions on important topics that help raise awareness on Mental Health.

This year’s title is ‘Embrace Your Feels’ and together they have created three short films based around different emotions; feeling happy, feeling sad and feeling everything all at the same time. The purpose of the short films is to let their viewers know that it’s okay to feel a certain way. The films also directs their viewers to tips on how to improve their well-being.

Feeling Everything

“Empowering young women is at the core of everything we do at Monki. We are proud to continue our collaboration with Mental Health Europe, and hope to encourage our community to express themselves and their feelings without fear” says Jannie Dahlin Hansson, Managing Director, Monki.
