Maya Jama Launches New Skincare Brand, MIJ.

Published

As we all know, Maya Jama has been a lover of beauty face masks for a while now- just take a scroll through her social media if you don’t believe us- so it comes as no surprise that she would create one of her own.  MIJ, her new inclusive skincare brand, has launched two products: the Bio-Cellulose Face Mask and Hydrogel Eye Patch, designed to give your skin the pick me ups it truly deserves.

With COVID-19 and face masks being compulsory (soon to become the new norm), some people are experiencing skin problems like ‘maskne’ from wearing them  every day and for longer periods of time. If you haven’t, you’re one of the lucky ones.  MIJ masks are filled with goodness like argidone to renew and restore, grape extract to give you that glow and glycerin and hyaluronic acid to keep skin hydrated, with the brand calling it a real gamechanger.

Now their two products work hand in hand with our current situation. Whether you’ve got tired and puffy eyes from all the zoom meetings or video calls, catching up with family, lectures at uni or bingeing on Netflix, the Hydrogel Eye Patch sounds like a God send.  The patch is also nonslip, which makes them perfect for tackling any puffiness under your eyes.

Not only has Maya brought smiles and goodness to our faces, she is also doing the same for the planet with MIJ’s packaging being both ethical and sustainable. She has also partnered up with noissue for their mailer bags and as part of the Eco-Packaging Alliance, for every order placed, noissue will plant trees in areas of need. The masks are exclusively available on their website, with prices starting from £13.99
