Wrangler Says Hello To A New Denim Collection Designed By Grammy Award-Winning Musician Leon Bridges

A new limited-edition collaboration between Wrangler and Leon Bridges has arrived! The latest drop by the iconic denim label and the Grammy Award winner takes inspiration from archival designs and Bridges’ deep Texas roots – a natural fit for Wrangler’s long-standing relationship with music and the western lifestyle!

In celebration of Wrangler’s 75th anniversary, the Leon Bridges x Wrangler Collection is a nod to silhouettes from the brand’s iconic archives and Bridges’ personal soulful style. Working closely together, whilst the artist toured, the duo creatively directed and curated the collaboration by pulling inspiration from urban and contemporary music culture.

On what it was like teaming up with the denim brand, Bridges said: “It was an amazing experience for me to play such an active role in the creative process from start to finish. Telling the story of my authentic ties and heartfelt passion for Wrangler, this collection is meant to nurture individuality and spontaneity for the trailblazers of today.”  The collection is available to shop now, with prices ranging from $60-159 and including sizes XS-XL.

Wrangler will always mean something to me. My music journey began while wearing vintage Wrangler, so I am excited to be able to collaborate with them on this exclusive collection.

Dr. Martens Reunite With Rick Owens To Re-Sculpt Silhouettes In A New Collaboration

Rick Owens and Dr.Martens are back with their third collaboration this October. The latest drop builds on Owens’ dark underground aesthetic and gender-neutral silhouettes, becoming the ideal partner to complement the iconic, structured Dr.Martens boots, and setting the stage for an explosive collection.

Starting with the first of the two boots in the collection, the 1460 boot, Owens’ usual grunge and dark style comes through with the use of soft yet heavyweight black ‘Lunar’ leather, with jumbo thickness pearl laces threaded through extra-wide dull silver eyelets. The black sole unit is present in typical Dr.Martens fashion yet is elevated, quite literally by the 2” Quad Retro sole. The extra element of height leads you to discover elements like the black AirWair heel loop which is finished with a tonal pearl script, as well as the instantly recognisable yellow welt stitching styling the sole.

The 1918 Rick Owens is a boot ripped from centre stage with its entire upper constructed using a striking platinum Hair-On leather. The boot, like the 1460, is fitted with pearl laces which are present all the way up the extended tongue, eyelets, and hook trims in a dull silver finish. The unorthodox statement boot is tagged with a black and pearl heel loop, the usual yellow welt stitching and finished with a dual-branded sock liner.

Let your feet do the talking as the first instalment of the new Dr. Martens x Rick Owens collaboration has already arrived online, at the brand’s flagship stores and select partners.
